Which data may be processed, for what purposes and which rights you have.
When the website is accessed, technically necessary server data may be processed to provide a secure and stable service.
The test version itself does not use analytics, marketing or social-media plugins.
Contact data is processed only to answer your enquiry. The contact form transmits your name, email address, subject, message, language and privacy acknowledgement to Netlify as a technical service provider for storage and processing. When email notifications are configured, the information is forwarded to Amygdalus. Technical access data may also be processed to provide the service and detect spam. Login details are used only to verify access; passwords are not stored in the browser.
The token-purchase interface is prepared but not active and currently processes no purchase or payment data.
Personal data is deleted or restricted when its purpose no longer applies and no retention obligation remains.
You have statutory rights to information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability and objection.
Google Maps
The contact page offers a Google Maps map. The map loads only after you select “Show map”. Data such as your IP address and technical device information is then transmitted to Google. Further information is available in Google’s privacy policy.
You can deactivate the map by selecting “Hide map”. Your choice is not stored permanently. This does not recall data already transmitted. “Plan your route” opens Google Maps as an external website.
“Stay informed” – information by email
“Stay informed” lets you request updates about new calculators and applications, events and in-person meetings. We use your email address only for the topics you select, based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
On submission, your email address, topic choices, language, consent, the wording and version of the consent statement, and provisional sign-up status are transmitted to Netlify as a technical service provider for storage and processing. Technical access data may also be processed to operate the service and detect spam. When email notifications are configured, the information is forwarded to info@amygdalus.com. Amygdalus manages sign-ups and topic preferences internally.
We personally email you to request confirmation. We send the requested updates only after your confirming reply. We document the request and confirmation as evidence of consent. You can withdraw consent at any time with future effect by emailing info@amygdalus.com. We record your withdrawal and stop further updates. Data is retained only as long as needed for its purpose or applicable retention and evidence requirements. Necessary consent and unsubscribe records may be retained to fulfil evidence requirements.

Social-media profiles and links
We maintain profiles on LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram to share information about Amygdalus and communicate with interested people. On this website, these services are included as ordinary external text links. Displaying the links does not load content or social-media plugins from these providers. Following a link takes you away from our website.

When you visit these platforms, their providers may process your IP address, device information and usage data and use cookies or similar technologies. If you are signed in, visits and interactions may be associated with your account. Processing outside the EU or EEA, particularly in the United States, is possible. The providers’ linked privacy notices explain purposes, legal bases, retention, transfers and safeguards.
If you message us through these profiles or interact with our posts, we process the profile and communication data you provide to handle your enquiry and communicate with you. The basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is communicating about our company and responding to enquiries. Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies to contract-related enquiries. The retention principles described above apply to our correspondence.
The platforms may provide us with aggregated statistics about the use of our profiles. Where personal data is jointly processed for Facebook Page Insights or LinkedIn Page Insights, joint controllership applies within the scope described by the respective provider. Further information is available in the Facebook Page Insights addendum and the LinkedIn Page Insights addendum. Statistics supplied to us are aggregated and help us assess our content and its reach.
You can exercise your privacy rights with us using the contact details above and with the platform providers through their privacy notices. You may object, on grounds relating to your particular situation, to processing based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. You can also contact us through our contact form, by email or telephone without using social networks.
